- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: 14:00 – 21:00 · Check-out: by 11:00. Other times by arrangement — we live next door and can be flexible.
- How does key handover work?
- We live next door and hand over the key personally. A great chance to get acquainted and ask any questions — from the sauna to the best mountain huts.
- How far is the nearest gondola?
- The Asitz gondola is 4 km away — about 8 minutes by car or comfortably by the free ski bus that stops right outside.
- Is the spa available at all times?
- Yes, the whirlpool and sauna are exclusively for you, around the clock. The sauna heats up in about 30 minutes; the whirlpool is immediately ready.
- Where can I shop for groceries?
- Spar Leogang is 2 km away (about 4 min by car). In Saalfelden (7 km) there is much more — supermarkets, weekly market, local specialities and everything you need for a great holiday.
- How is the internet connection?
- Fast WiFi throughout the apartment — perfectly adequate for streaming, video calls and home office.
- Is there a ski room for equipment?
- Yes, a lockable ski room directly at the apartment — with space for skis, boots and bikes. Boot dryer included.
- Where can I park?
- A private parking space at the apartment is included — free of charge and without registration.
- How do I travel without a car?
- Leogang-Steinberge station is only a few minutes away. From Salzburg Airport (85 km) there are transfer and car hire options. We're happy to help organise.
- Are bed linen and towels included?
- Yes, freshly made beds and plenty of bath and sauna towels are included in the price — you don't need to bring a thing.
- Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
- If the occupancy allows, of course. Just ask when booking — as private hosts we're more flexible than a hotel.
